The beginning...
When conversation turned to T-shirts last week, the question 'How many T-shirts do you have?' seemed innocent enough. But it soon escalated into 'How long do you think that you could wear a different T-shirt every day?' and 'Whose got the best T-shirts?' and before we knew it T-Shirt Wars was born.
Rules were drawn up, judges were selected and laundry baskets were raided.

Is there any betting?
How about if someone (partner, friend, doting parent) gives a contestant a new/differnt T-shirt to boost their Longevity chances? The rules don't mention gifts...
How about a link back to Home from the Rules and from Guidelines. And forwards from day 1 etc, so newcomers can follow the story. Or do you just assume everyone uses Firefox?

Thanks for the comments Joy. Any betting is up to you and other observers - obviously the contestants cannot contribute to this or give away vital information. Any evidence of match-fixing will be dealt with severely! I'm not sure that William Hill is taking bets yet...
Re: the gifting of T-shirts. That's an interesting point which we haven't addressed and may do in the future. My own thoughts would be to ban the giving of T-shirts willy-nilly, but an interesting twist could be to allow gifts only on a contestant's birthday or Christmas (or appropriate religious holidays, just to be PC)! But maybe a limit of one present per relative/friend? So, don't get any ideas, doting parents!
The links back to home is a nice idea which I will put into practice, although you can always just click back on the t-shirt wars title. The links forward on individual posts are a bit more difficult - still looking for a way to do it automatically, otherwise each one has to be done manually which is a pain.
